I have a 2012 Acadia, I came in for a oil change. It did not take long, employees were polite and the cashier is so friendly and has a great personality. I went to jiffy lube before I came there Monday morning, 05132013, but something told me to go to the dealer instead and I don't regret coming to Sunrise. It was not as fast as jiffy lube, but the people I came into contact was worth the extra time..

I adore the folks over at Sunrise/Covington Pike. My latest visit was for our 2003 Yukon XLT, non-warranty battery replacement. Our service advisor Jay Gulette, was as always most helpful and offered the best solutions for our truck maintenance needs. I can't go without mentioning the ladies that work at the check out desk. Forgive me as I'm not sure of their official job titles. They are so efficent and nice. I love that they come through the lobby to offer the customers snacks, drinks, and mentioning coffee and donuts if you're there in the morning hours. Overall experience this time through A+.

WE got great service. We had been looking to find a smaller SUV than we had. We had a 2001 Tahoe and wanted a little smaller size. My husband looked at the Enclave's on line and thought we might enjoy this truck. We spoke to Mr.Sully who was referred to by a friend and he helped us make the deal final. The sales person- Brett Sawyer was very helpful and explained things about the car before we drove it off the lot.

I brought my 2003 Yukon XL in for an inspection after noticing a water leak. The team did an inspection and found that I needed a new water pump and other minor repairs. Very friendly and professional group. Sunrise GMC on Covington Pike definitely gained a new loyal customer.
